Return Policy At this time, we do not accept returns as these are custom products. However, we do offer a 30 day (from date of delivery of finished product to you) adjustment service at no additional charge. Product Warranties All custom fabricated orthoticstoyou products, have a 1 year guarantee for shell only, (custom molded polypropylene, co-polymer, graphite, subortholene) against breakage. This does not include soft durable materials (mid layer, top cover, and/or heel posting).
